1. ACCEPTANCE.

By using Ploofy, you agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and Privacy Policy. You also acknowledge that you have read and understood our Content Disclaimer.

2. PURCHASE ELIGIBILITY.

You must be 18 or older and legally authorized to purchase this subscription and use the payment method provided.

3. THE SERVICE.

YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO USE OUR SERVICES. Ploofy provides AI models and servers for fictional roleplay ONLY. Coding and other tasks unrelated to roleplay are not permitted.

4. APPROPRIATE USE.

You may use the Service for roleplay in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not bypass, exploit, manipulate, or otherwise attempt to defeat our guardrails, safety controls, rate limits, or other protective measures. Unlawful activity is strictly prohibited.

5. SUBSCRIPTION.

Paid, billed in advance, non-refundable except as required by law. Cancel anytime. We reserve the right to permanently ban accounts that issue chargebacks.

6. MAINTENANCE AND DOWNTIME.

While we try our best to provide the best experience, server outages can occur. We are committed to maintaining service uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable during scheduled or emergency maintenance, updates, or outages. For planned maintenance, we will notify our users in advance via email and/or Discord with approximate downtime.

7. RATE LIMITS AND AVAILABILITY.

Your plan may be subject to rate limits, concurrency limits, and usage windows. Temporary limits may also apply during high demand, maintenance, or abuse prevention.

8. FREE USAGE RESETS.

Ploofy.ai may grant free resets of usage windows at our discretion. These resets are optional and are not guaranteed.

9. PRIVACY.

Under normal use, WE DO NOT collect chat logs. WE WILL NEVER SELL YOUR DATA. We process prompts and responses to provide the Service. We store account, payment-related, and usage information, and may retain message content for moderation, support, and features that save your submissions (such as testing submissions), or when you separately opt in to conversation donation for model training. Our Privacy Policy explains what we retain, who can access it, and how deletion works. Usage information is available in your account portal.

10. TERMINATION.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for any reason. Accounts that violate our terms will not be eligible for a refund.

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every person or organization that accesses Ploofy.ai, including subscribers, people using a subscriber's API key, developers, and businesses. Ploofy.ai is operated by Custom Secure AI. The “Service” includes our website, API, hosted models, systems, infrastructure, and generated output.

We want members to have creative freedom within fictional roleplay. You must use the Service responsibly, comply with applicable law, avoid harm to people and property, and respect our safeguards. Violations may result in limits, suspension, or termination of access.

1. ROLEPLAY USE ONLY

Ploofy is a roleplay-only service. Supported use includes fictional character dialogue, scenes, and storytelling and worldbuilding directly related to roleplay. You may not use our hosted models for code generation, debugging, software development, or any other tasks unrelated to roleplay. Our supported clients and API are provided for roleplay use.

2. PROTECT THE SERVICE

You may not damage, interfere with, exploit, or improperly copy the Service. Prohibited conduct includes:

• modifying, copying, translating, leasing, selling, reselling, distributing, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or trying to obtain the source code, model weights, algorithms, or other nonpublic components of the Service, except where applicable law does not permit that restriction;
• using jailbreaks, adversarial prompts, prompt injection, or similar methods to defeat safeguards;
• introducing malware, transmitting spam, conducting denial-of-service attacks, or bypassing security systems, rate limits, usage limits, protective measures, or safety mitigations;
• removing, changing, or bypassing provenance data, watermarks, or similar origin indicators;
• using the Service or its output to develop or help develop a machine-learning model, product, or service that competes with Ploofy.ai or Custom Secure AI;
• scraping, harvesting, distilling, or reselling prompts, inputs, model data, or output; or
• accessing the Service through bots, scripts, or other automated means except through an interface or API that we authorize.

3. PREVENT HARM AND ABUSE

You may not use the Service or its output to:

• critically harm, threaten, or promote critical harm to any person, including activity that supports terrorism;
• engage in or promote animal cruelty;
• develop biological, chemical, or other weapons of mass destruction, or destroy property;
• infringe or misappropriate copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual-property rights;
• violate a person's privacy, confidentiality, data-protection rights, or right of publicity;
• digitally undress or nudify a real person, alter a real person's likeness to place them in an intimate or sexual context, or depict a real person's likeness pornographically;
• deceptively impersonate a real person, defame someone, or portray someone in a false light;
• sexualize or exploit children, create or facilitate child sexual abuse material, or groom a minor;
• conduct espionage, unauthorized hacking, fraud, scams, spam, stalking, doxing, or phishing;
• falsify, forge, fabricate, or materially misrepresent records, documents, identities, credentials, signatures, endorsements, evidence, or other information; or
• provide a product or service that encourages or enables others to violate this policy or our Terms.

4. FOLLOW APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS

You may not use the Service or its output to:

• take an action on another person's behalf without lawful authority or permission;
• operate in a regulated industry without complying with the laws, licenses, professional duties, and other rules that apply to that activity;
• offer or use the Service in a country, region, or territory where that activity is unavailable or prohibited;
• generate, obtain, distribute, or make available content that is illegal in the relevant jurisdiction;
• violate sanctions, trade restrictions, or laws governing the import or export of data, software, technology, or services; or
• make a high-stakes automated decision affecting another person's safety, legal or material rights, or well-being, including decisions about credit, education, employment, housing, insurance, legal services, or medical care.

5. BE TRANSPARENT AND RESPECT SAFEGUARDS

Do not mislead people about your use of AI. You may not use the Service for phishing, fake accounts, or a product or communication that falsely appears to come from another person, Ploofy.ai, or Custom Secure AI. You may not claim that your own service is provided, approved, or endorsed by us unless we have given written permission.

Do not circumvent safeguards or safety controls unless Custom Secure AI has given you written authorization for a defined security or red-team engagement. Keep your API key secure and use the Service only through authorized access methods. Do not share, sell, or resell access to your key or subscription. If you believe your key has been compromised, you can revoke and regenerate it from your account portal.

6. ENFORCEMENT AND REPORTING

We may investigate suspected violations and take action appropriate to the circumstances, including restricting output, enforcing per-plan rate and concurrency limits, sending you a notice of unusually high usage, limiting or blocking an API key, or suspending or terminating access. We may preserve records or report conduct when required or permitted by law.

We may report suspected child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and appropriate authorities.

Report suspected violations or a compromised API key to legal@ploofy.ai. General support questions may be sent to team@ploofy.ai.

We may update this policy as the Service, applicable law, and abuse patterns change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you agree to the revised policy.

Ploofy ("Ploofy," "we," "us") provides an AI roleplay service. This policy explains what data we collect, why, how long we keep it, who has access to it, and the rights you have over it. We aim to collect as little as possible.

1. Definitions

• "Personal Data" means information that can identify you, directly or indirectly (such as an email address or payment identifier), or that can be linked to you.
• "Service" means the Ploofy.ai AI roleplay services, including the models available through your subscription.
• Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings in our Terms of Service.

2. Why We Collect and Process Data

We collect and process Personal Data only:

• where necessary to provide the Service you paid for (for example, to issue your API key and route your requests);
• where necessary to comply with legal obligations (such as tax and anti-fraud recordkeeping);
• where necessary for our legitimate interests (for example, preventing abuse and enforcing our Terms), unless your rights override those interests; or
• where you have given consent.

3. What We Collect

Account Data.

To create an account, we collect your email address and, if you provide it, a name (you may use a pseudonym). We do not require your real name. You sign in with your email and password. Your password is protected and is never stored in a readable form. Single-use email links verify new accounts and let you reset your password. We assign an account ID and retain account status and access permissions so we can manage your access to the Service.

Payment Data.

Payments are handled by Stripe. You provide card or payment details directly to Stripe, not to Ploofy. We store payment and subscription identifiers, subscription status, and related billing information needed to manage your access. Ploofy does not store your card number or its last four digits.

Age Verification.

We may use third-party age-verification providers to confirm that you are 18 or older. We select providers with privacy and limited data collection in mind. Their checks are governed by their own privacy policies, which you can review before proceeding. Ploofy does not collect or store facial images or identity documents you submit directly to these providers. We receive the verification result and related status information needed to confirm your eligibility.

Support, Feedback, and Saved Submissions.

When you contact support or submit feedback, we retain the message and information you provide. Model testing is an optional feature we may offer to gather user feedback. We may retain testing scores, notes, reviews, and related settings, including saved drafts, to review results and improve our services.

Optional Conversation Donations.

Conversation donation is off by default. If you enable it after reviewing the donation notice, we may retain prompts, conversation context, and model replies sent through your API keys for human review and to train and fine-tune Ploofy models. Requests can contain earlier conversation history supplied by your app. Donation does not affect your access or usage allowance.

Donated files use numbered folders without attached account names, emails, IP addresses, or API keys. Consent and account-to-folder records are kept separately with restricted access. We automatically redact common personal and credential patterns, but conversation text can still contain identifying details. Authorized reviewers must check for personal details and training suitability before approving a training export.

You can turn donation off in Account settings. This stops future collection, including requests still in progress. Earlier donations remain available for review and possible training; turning donation off does not undo completed training. Contact team@ploofy.ai about a donation or a deletion request.

Pleefy on Discord.

Pleefy, our Discord bot, may retain messages and conversation memory to maintain continuity. This is separate from normal roleplay through our models. We do not save roleplay logs during normal roleplay use.

Usage Data.

To operate the Service, detect abuse, and enforce usage limits, our Terms, and our guardrails, we record technical information tied to your account or API key. This includes request activity, IP addresses, timestamps, and model usage. Your account portal shows usage information and reset times. We may email you about unusually high usage.

Message Processing and Moderation.

We process prompts and responses to generate replies. We do not save roleplay logs unless you choose to donate them using the separate, optional control in your account. If our automated moderation system flags a possible violation, the relevant verified player or user text may be queued and retained as evidence for moderator review. The review record may include that text, an automated assessment, timestamps, and an assigned customer ID. If a flag is raised, it requests moderator review; it does not necessarily mean you have violated our rules. When a moderator confirms that a case is not a violation and dismisses it, its text, evidence, and case history are deleted.

Moderation records may also include decisions made by authorized personnel, violation categories, warnings, suspensions, bans, and related notification records. Moderators without identity-access permission see an assigned customer ID instead of your email address. The system can send notices to your account without revealing your email to the moderator. Text you submit may itself contain identifying information.

Cookies.

We use essential cookies to secure your account, remember your selected plan, and keep you signed in when you choose “Remember this device.” We also remember your cookie notice choice. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site. You can remove cookies in your browser; removing sign-in cookies signs you out on that device.

4. How Long We Keep Data

We keep Personal Data only as long as needed to operate the Service, detect abuse, enforce our Terms and guardrails, or meet legal requirements, such as retaining transaction records for tax or fraud-prevention purposes. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized.

Text waiting for automated moderation is temporarily stored for processing, then deleted from the queue. Unprocessed text expires after 24 hours. Text selected for moderator review is retained separately under the rules below. If a review creates a moderation case, the retained case evidence follows the rules below.

Warnings and their associated case history, evidence, and notification records are automatically deleted from active moderation records after one year from the warning date.

When an authorized moderator confirms dismissal as "no violation," the case, its retained text and evidence, and associated review history are deleted. Dismissed cases do not count as warnings or suspensions. Only issued warnings and suspensions count against an account.

Issued ban records and their supporting history are retained permanently, even if access is later restored.

Other moderation cases, including suspension history, remain until an authorized administrator deletes them; they have no automatic expiry. Expiring or lifting a suspension does not delete the case history. Records needed to enforce an active suspension may remain after case deletion.

You may request account closure or deletion using the contact details below. We assess which records can be deleted and which must remain for legal obligations or ongoing security and enforcement needs. Deleting our notification records does not recall emails already delivered to recipients.

5. Who Has Access

We do not sell your personal data.

Only selected, authorized personnel can access information needed for their assigned duties. Their assigned permissions determine whether they can review moderation cases or access account identities. Moderation views use assigned account IDs in place of email addresses. Only personnel separately granted identity-access permission can view the associated account information. The service can send moderation notices to your registered email without showing that address to the reviewing moderator.

We may share data only:

With service providers who operate infrastructure we use (for example, email delivery or our payment processor), only as needed and under confidentiality obligations.

Payment Processor

With our payment processor to enable transactions and anti-fraud checks.

Authorities

With authorities, when required by law or court order.

Business Transfers

In connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization of the business, subject to this policy.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA, UK, Switzerland, and California), you may have rights to:

• Access — request a copy of Personal Data we hold about you.
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure — request deletion. (Note: deleting your account ends access to the Service and any remaining subscription benefits.)
• Object — object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
• Restriction — restrict processing in certain circumstances.
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.

7. Children

You must be 18 or older to use our Services. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. International Users and Transfers

Ploofy is a private, self-hosted service. Our servers are located in United States. If you access the Service from outside that location, you acknowledge that your data may be processed there. Where required, we rely on appropriate legal safeguards for transfers (for example, standard contractual clauses).

9. California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what Personal Data we collect and to request deletion. We do not sell personal data. We only collect the minimal data needed. To exercise these rights, contact legal@ploofy.ai.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and limiting access on a need-to-know basis. No method is 100% secure, but we treat your minimal data as sensitive.

We do not endorse all generated content. This disclaimer does not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
